Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

 

The Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete recruitment process to effectively address the hiring needs of AXA Hong Kong. This role provides professional consultative support to hiring managers, ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive and value-driven talent acquisition service.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Lead and manage the entire recruitment process to fulfill budgeted hiring requirements across various levels within AXA Hong Kong.
  • Talent Identification and Workforce Planning: Develop and implement strategies for talent identification, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to align current and future workforce needs with business strategy.
  • Consultative Support: Deliver thorough consultative services to hiring managers regarding recruitment strategies and current candidate market trends.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Produce recruitment-related data, analyses, and reports to inform and guide effective recruitment strategies for the business.
  • Efficiency and Cost Management: Enhance cost and process efficiency by building a robust talent pipeline through industry mapping and direct sourcing channels.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships and evaluate their performance to ensure alignment with recruitment goals.
  • Employer Branding and Culture Promotion: Advocate for AXA’s culture, bolster employer branding, and promote the organization as a leader in diversity and inclusion (D&I).
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • HR Projects Participation: Engage in various HR-related projects to support broader organizational goals.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably within a multinational corporation (MNC).
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Cantonese, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated proactive mindset with strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while also being an effective contributor within a team
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a keen attention to detail, combined with an agile and positive approach to challenges.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data, demonstrating a solid understanding of metrics and analytics.
  • Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and related recruitment technologies is essential.
