Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate the implementation of product development projects, including discussions on system enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and business validation testing (BVT)
  • Maintain an organized and comprehensive library of policy documents and product wording to support effective product management and compliance
  • Assist in conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities and optimize digital onboarding practices. Leverage advanced AI tools and technology to enhance research efficiency and accuracy
  • Support the daily operations of the team by sharing regular updates on market trends, managing vendor relationships, and handling ad hoc projects as assigned

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • A Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or a related field
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, particularly in an administrative capacity
  • A strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork, and a commitment to being helpful and supportive to colleagues
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential; familiarity with AI tools is a significant advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both English and Chinese
