Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Personal Accident claims independently
  • Assist in the handling of a portion of Home claims
  • Support in some Travel claims cases whenever there is a volume surge
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Retail claims
  • Serve as a backup for monitoring daily payment flow and arranging re-submission to bank for any error transaction identified
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of office automation initiatives for claims team

 

Qualifications:

  • University graduate, preferably with a background in general insurance; fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Strong command of written English and effective verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in insurance or other financial institutions is a plus
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work well with diverse individuals
  • Eager to learn and willing to engage directly with customers
