Purpose:
The Data Business Partner Delivery Manager is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between business objectives and data-driven solutions. This position is focused on fostering a data and AI adoption and empowerment, driving project delivery, and ensuring that the use of data and AI translates into tangible business value.

 

Mission Description:
The primary mission of the Data Business Partner Delivery Manager is to support the organization in its strategic goals by championing data and AI initiatives. This role will act as a trusted facilitator, collaborating with various stakeholders to identify valuable use cases, implement changes, and promote a federated model of collaboration across business, data, tech, and second-line experts.

 

Tasks Description:

  • Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for data and AI adoption and value creation in partnership model.
  • Drive transformation initiatives within designated business domains, acting as a data and AI champion.
  • Identify valuable use cases and generate value from data and AI on the ground.
  • Implement changes across business operations and teams to enhance data utilization.
  • Embrace transformation and evolve as job roles are augmented, becoming a Data & AI Citizen.
  • Serve as a trusted facilitator, acting as an interface between business and technology to promote better collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Understand and apply data and AI concepts and approaches to develop use cases.
  • Co-build business cases and monitor the related business value creation.
  • Mobilize data and IT experts to drive project delivery and ensure effective implementation.

Soft Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and trust among stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and openness to change in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and develop innovative solutions.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and guide teams towards a common vision.

Hard Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in project management and delivery within data and AI domains, preferably mid-large scale projects with multiple teams involved.
  • Strong background in data and AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLM, Document Understanding, and RAG etc.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
