Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for agency positions
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between AXA Prime Blue candidates and managers
  • Maintain and update databases and records to ensure accurate tracking of candidates and recruitment metrics
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create recruitment materials and campaigns that highlight the benefits of working with the agency
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in agency recruitment
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and open houses to promote agency opportunities
  • Provide support in managing relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to inform management decisions
  • Provide support on general administration and other ad hoc tasks

 

Qualifications:

  • University graduates preferably in Business Marketing / Media and Communication / Business & Administration or relevant discipline
  • Preferably have 1 year of working experience
  • MS Office especially Excel, Photoshop or AI & Chinese Typing is a must
  • Effective written and excellent verbal communication in English and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good team player, detailed-minded, well-organized, strong communication skill and service-oriented minds
  • Fresh graduate and IANG background are welcome
  • Immediate available is preferable
