Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Team Head of Corporate Compliance
  • Provide sound advice to business units in relation to data privacy, FATCA/CRS and outsourcing.
  • Provide support in regulatory/compliance related matters e.g. new requirement implementation, regulatory breach/compliant
  • Review and update related compliance policies and procedures
  • Assist in performing compliance testing
  • Handle routine compliance related tasks, including the review of privacy impact assessments, and FATCA/CRS reporting
  • Support staff training related matters, including the preparation of training materials
  • Provide ad-hoc support as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years relevant experience in insurance industry/financial industry (candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager)
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, insurance products and operations
  • Degree holder
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Have confidence and maturity to deal with different stakeholders
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Independent and able to meet tight deadlines
