Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and approve claims within company guidelines.
  • Monitor and control daily operations of claims investigation to ensure smooth processing.
  • Meet service turnaround time and achieve claims SLA.
  • Handle enquiries from distribution enquiry team, customer enquiry team, and customer complaint team.
  • Assist in reviewing workflow and implementing continuous claims process improvement.
  • Compile regular management reports on claims activities.
  • Conduct training sessions to develop the skills of colleagues and TPA.

 

Qualifications:

  • University graduate or above with FLMI qualification or equivalent
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience in insurance field
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Strong customer centric mindset and good communication skill
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, patient, cheerful and positive
