Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Write user stories in accordance with Business needs for website optimizations, ongoing improvements and ad-hoc projects;
  • Participate to bi-weekly sprint planning meeting with IT team, and relay user stories briefing;
  • Prepare UAT test plan based on the user stories;
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing, raise defects if any and follow up with IT team on resolution;
  • Perform BVT user testing on production website across browsers, operating system and devices;
  • Update website content and maintain web publishing by using Content Management System; gathering requirements & inputs from stakeholders and ensuring quality check and approval process;
  • Handle simple copy writing / text editing and image editing;
  • Get data reports on website usage based on Google Analytics tool and prepare high-level analysis;
  • Test and improve the design and experience of the website

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing or relevant disciplines
  • A 1-2 years of working experience in Web Content Management, Business Analysis, Customer Journey Design, and co-ordination and/or project management will be an advantage; fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Possess Agile project delivery experience
  • Have basic understanding of content management system
  • Strong analytical capabilities and learning ability, can quickly adapt to deal with new disciplines and projects and dig deeper into relevant business and IT knowledge
  • Good spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Strong communication skills for navigating through business requirements, ability to involve others in discussions of alternatives, asking for their suggestions and steering them to a mutually acceptable position
  • Multitasking and feeling comfortable to manage multiple projects at any time
  • Able to work proactively and under pressure against multiple deadlines
  • Eager to learn on the job and flexible to adapt to new tools and technology
  • Good team player to work in a diverse team as well as collaborate cross-functionally
