Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Design, develop and implement various initiatives to support different line of business (Life, Health, P&C and Employee Benefit), including :
    • Customer campaigns
    • Sales tools
    • Loyalty programme
    • Customer events & seminars
    • Joint partnerships
  • Develop segment specific programme to generate new business and leads. Support channels in launching segment specific initiatives
  • Leverage on CRM platform to formulate customer cross-sell/ up-sell strategy across AXA business lines with the objective to deepen customer wallet share and generate new business riding on customer life cycle / customer life stages  / customer segmentation
  • Develop , implement and track customer cross-selling campaigns to grow customer value and maximise sales for multi-distribution channels
  • Develop strategies to generate new prospects via different marketing campaigns to drive new business
  • Develop sales tools in supporting channels on selling
  • Manage sales and marketing budget for different initiatives
  • Development the sponsorship strategy and implement different kind of sponsorship campaigns/events such as concert sponsorships
  • Develop people through coaching and empower the team to achieve the common goals

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • University graduate or equivalent
  • 10 years of relevant working experience
  • Understand the unique business needs of various distribution channels and customer segments
  • Relevant experience in strategic planning and campaign/event/sponsorship implementation
  • Able to work under stress and tight timeline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent project management skill
  • Passionate, high motivation and result-oriented
  • Open-minded and creative
