Join our team as an Assistant Business Analyst with a focus on Conversational Interfaces & Initiatives. In this role, you will play a key part in developing innovative chatbot, voicebot, and other conversational interface solutions. Your expertise in natural language processing, machine learning, and data analysis will be vital in creating intelligent and engaging chatbots & voicebots to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of chatbot and other conversational interfaces, from ideation and design to testing and deployment. Your contributions will drive innovation and provide value in the rapidly evolving field of AI.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain conversational interfaces (e.g. Chatbot & Voicebot) to provide efficient and accurate customer support.
- Analyze user transcripts, feedback, and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments.
- Create and update workflows, dialogue trees, and conversational flows to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Train and educate customer service teams on best practices for utilizing and troubleshooting chatbot systems.
- Monitor bots’ performance, identify and resolve issues, and conduct regular testing to maintain optimal functionality.
- Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.
- Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation.
- Communicate and validate requirements with relevant collaborators
Qualifications
- Background in Business Administration, IT, or a related field is acceptable.
- Relevant experience as a business analyst is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of process mapping, networks, databases, and related technologies is sufficient.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Atlassian Jira, and Python is preferred.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) along with solid analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
