Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the complete design cycle, from research and ideation to execution for a digital customer-facing insurance and wellness platform
  • Assist in translating English layout to Chinese and vice versa, while ensuring high-quality content and alignment with digital product strategies
  • Facilitate UX designer on market research to identify market trends and customer preferences in fintech and insurance industry
  • Contribute to the creation of product documentation, such as specifications, user guides, and marketing materials
  • Tasks will be project based and depend on the interests and skills of the intern

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in any discipline with a strong interest in fintech and insurance industry
  • Strong attention to detail with effective communication skills and presentation skills;
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new aspects
  • Analytical self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work at least 2 days per week, adaptable to flexible work arrangements
