Job Description

• Serve as a trusted C&B consultant for the HR team and internal clients, providing expertise on C&B programs and policies.
• Assist in planning, designing, and evaluating total reward policies, processes, and programs, as well as governance framework for Hong Kong and China.
• Take responsibility for various C&B initiatives, including annual salary reviews, bonus and incentive programs, benefits scheme reviews, C&B benchmarking, and other rewards-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for analysis and reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with Group governance and regulatory requirements.
• Aid in enhancing the total rewards value proposition for employees and improving line managers’ ability to communicate key reward philosophy and messages.
• Manage relationships with service providers in Hong Kong and China.
• Collaborate with global teams on C&B projects as needed.
• Undertake other assigned duties and ad hoc projects as necessary.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Statistics or related disciplines
• At least five years of relevant experience in an HR role or role with relevant mix of analytical, project management and policy setting experience.
• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills – good at following up matters and managing details
• Excellent numeric skills and excel modeling capabilities
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen combined with a drive for results and problem solving
• Proficient in HRIS with experience in Payscale is highly preferred
• Highly developed personal integrity and ethics
• High energy and enthusiasm
