Responsibilities:
•Manage leadership development initiatives, including vendor management, design, stakeholder alignment, implementation, and evaluation
•Collaborate with department leaders to develop and deliver training solutions that address specific business needs and enhance employee performance
•Contribute to the design/revamp, facilitation and execution of multiple learning programmes, including new joiner orientation, managerial programmes and others
•Provide support on driving a continuous learning culture through digital learning, including promotion and management of digital learning platform, as well as implementation of AXA Group Learning and local learning campaigns for all employees in the entity
•Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative learning approaches to continuously improve the company's learning and development strategies
•Participate in the development and maintenance of a new employee engagement mobile application
•Monitor budget for own initiatives as well as assist in budget consolidation of overall learning and development budget
•Perform other responsibilities (e.g. all-staff Town Hall) and ad-hoc duties assigned by management in order to meet organizational and business requirements
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Master's degree is a plus.
•8+ years of relevant experience in L&D (or related functions) at sizable organizations
•Experienced in programme design and facilitation
•Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, training methodologies, and learning technology, with proven track record of managing leadership programmes
•Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
•Enthusiastic and passionate about people development and staff engagement
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
•Organized, self-motivated, responsible, team player, time-sensitive, able to cope well under stress in a fast-paced environment
•Well-versed in MS Office especially Excel & PowerPoint
