Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of a large-scale programs by demonstrating effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Contribute the development and implementation of strategic plans, monitor performance, and assist in issue resolution, and the mitigation of risks including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, benefit tracking and risk management
  • Maintain and execute proper project governance and provide regular reports to various review parties to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Chair and facilitate project status meetings for reporting and escalation and support all change management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years solid experience in project management of large-scale insurance projects
  • Outstanding communication skills in verbal and written with proven experiences in delivering communications at multiple levels form working to C-levels
  • Must be fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Strong project planning, risk management and problem-solving skills
  • Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently
