Being responsible for handling all types of motor claims (including own vehicle damage, recovery, third party property damage and third party bodily injury)
Ensure proper reserving, adjustment and settlement of all claims
Attend claim enquiries from Customers, Business Department & Business Partners
Work closely with contractor and/or service providers on the daily operation of claims handling
Qualifications:
Customer-oriented, socially confident, well organised, good team player and able to work independently
Strong analytical, mediation, interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills
Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
Sound PC skills and ability to operate to tight deadline
Problem solving skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and conclusions
Legal and technical knowledge in relation to claims processing would be an advantage
