Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for handling all types of motor claims (including own vehicle damage, recovery, third party property damage and third party bodily injury)
  • Ensure proper reserving, adjustment and settlement of all claims
  • Attend claim enquiries from Customers, Business Department & Business Partners
  • Work closely with contractor and/or service providers on the daily operation of claims handling

 

Qualifications:

  • Customer-oriented, socially confident, well organised, good team player and able to work independently
  • Strong analytical, mediation, interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Sound PC skills and ability to operate to tight deadline
  • Problem solving skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and conclusions
  • Legal and technical knowledge in relation to claims processing would be an advantage
