Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Implement product proposition and marketing strategies to distribution channels as well as subsequent monitoring and status update
  • Provide market intelligence, regular products update & coaching and handle the related product enquiries from distribution channels
  • Manage distribution channels to promote Life and Health products and customer campaigns
  • Conduct product briefings and training for distribution channels
  • Ensure distribution channels requirements are properly communicated to stakeholders, follow up with stakeholders to ensure feedbacks and reports are delivered timely
  • Act as one of centre of excellence to support different distribution channel business development
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager to meet business requirement

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder with at least 10 years or above of relevant experience
  • Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese
  • Good presentation ad motivational skills
  • Insurance Sales / Training experience will be highly preferred
  • Good understanding of HK and MCV insurance market and good knowledge of life insurance products
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
