Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist manager to roll out product marketing initiatives and underlying strategies from concept to execution including creative concept formulation, visual. development, content management, and distribution channels communications
  • Provide end-to-end product marketing support in producing materials, such as product brochures, leaflets, sales presentation tools, sales flyers, product videos, newsletters, premiums and launch events etc.
  • Undertake editorial and proof reading duties to maintain high quality of contents (bilingual) that are in line with all stakeholders interests, AXA branding and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities for product award submissions and manage the award submission process.
  • Develop compelling narratives for award submissions.
  • Maximize media coverage and leverage post-event promotional activities to increase product awareness.
  • Work closely with advertising/ event/ marketing agency and production house to ensure timely product marketing deliverables.
  • Communicate and coordinate with both internal & external parties to achieve seamless collaboration.
  • Support the team on marketing administrative tasks, report or documentation updates, and any various ad-hoc projects assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, or business related discipline
  • 1-2 years’ experience preferably from Insurance industry
  • Good at communication, presentation & project management
  • Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese
  • Willing to work with people at all levels
  • Be proactive and independent
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
