Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • To monitor the Team in smooth running of all operations, including training support, report generation, performance tracking, budgeting etc.
  • To allocate Team resources to ensure smooth running of daily operation
  • To ensure the logistic support to daily training activities in complying with regulatory requirement
  • To monitor the office administration and supervise the clerical staff
  • To develop long-term plans for the administration team in order to accomplish the training mission
  • Review the training manual periodically to ensure the process updating
  • To link training operations with other organizational units
  • To provide data analysis for management reporting
  • To manager projects being assigned by Management
  • To coach junior staff on daily task so as fostering staff development and meeting team goals
  • To prepare and develop the Learning Management System

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • University degree of any discipline
  • At least 7 years relevant working experience, preferably in insurance or banking industry
  • Good leadership and coaching skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good service mindset and problem solving skills
  • Work under pressure and self-motivated
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
