Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage business stakeholders relationships and expectations.
  • Lead or participate in multiple projects by scoping and delivering the total solutions.
  • Support and align efforts to meet business needs.
  • Understand as-is business processes for different business lines, identify opportunities to improve operation efficiency, and provide advice for alternative solutions to meet the business/ operation needs
  • Handle and lead the team to support product development, administrative enhancements and production support on behalf of end-users within COO Division
  • Perform data analysis, forecasting, or related reports of business and perform feasibility study in project delivery
  • Support Business Requirements Specifications preparation, and testing activities including test plan design and test execution
  • Provide necessary user training, application support, problem diagnosis and post implementation review
  • Support in problem diagnosis and reporting for BAU
  • To provide technical guidance on system data relationship in BAU and production support area

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • University graduate in information technology, business administration, statistics, quantitative analysis or related disciplines.
  • Over 10 years+ proven experience in business analysis and project areas
  • Solid experience in Project Management
  • Solid experience in team management and drive the team to meet and commit the schedule
  • Strong knowledge in operation process and procedure
  • Strong knowledge in life insurance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill and interpersonal skill
  • Strong and tough characters with change management and dispute resolution skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time well  
  • Well organized, self-initiative and a good team lead and player
