Job Description

We're currently seeking a Wellness Proposition and Delivery manager positioned under the Chief Employee Benefits and Wellness office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the wellness strategy, propositions and leading the delivery of all wellness initiatives designed, with support from team members and the team head.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Wellness Strategy: You will play a key role in developing wellness strategy with the directions and guidance from the head of wellness. This includes conducting research of the wellness trends in Hong Kong and globally, supporting the management to develop and execute the wellness strategy and leading the delivery with KPIs.
  • Wellness Service Delivery: You will lead the wellness service development and delivery, including but not limited to, liaising with B2B and B2B2C customers about the wellness service requirements, reviewing and identifying wellness service portfolio and delivering the wellness services, e.g., running onsite events alongside wellness providers.
  • Wellness Go-to-market Planning: You will review and revitalize any existing wellness services and products and develop the go-to-market business plan to ensure the successful roll out of any wellness services and products developed.
  • Partnership Management: You will be responsible managing the wellness provider network, including but not limited to, provider network expansion, relationship management, partnership collaboration and other wellness provider management activities.
  • People Management: Based on the experience, you will lead a small team to support the growth and operation of the wellness team.

 

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, preferably in science, food and nutrition, or any background related to directly related to wellness
  • Passionate about one or more following wellbeing pillars, namely, physical wellbeing, mental wellbeing and social wellbeing with proven track record
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skill; energetic and vibrant
  • Strong business sense and market sense to seize any key trends of the wellness industry
  • Experience in the health insurance or healthcare / medical industry is a plus
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English and able to speak Mandarin
  • Any of the following backgrounds  / skills are bonus
    • B2B background
    • Good data analytic skill
    • Good storyboard development and presentation skill
