Description:

As part of the Human Resources - Learning & Culture team, the incumbent will be:

• Responsible for programme administration, logistical supports, and follow up related admin duties with both internal/external stakeholders
• Leverage various in-house communication channels to promote learning initiatives for our corporate employees
• Contribute ideas and assist on implementation of learning campaigns to drive the continuous learning culture, including AXA Group-wide and local campaigns
• Responsible for the compilation of reports & conduct data analysis of in-house learning initiatives
• Support the running of CPD programmes for specific groups of corporate employees (as required by regulators) including internal communication, coordination across departments and reporting/completion tracking
• Provide support on various staff engagement events such as Town Hall, Annual Dinner, and other staff activities
• Assist on budget consolidation, and tracking of expenses
• Perform other responsibilities and ad-hoc duties assigned by management in order to meet organizational and business requirements

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in HR/L&D, with sizable organizations preferred
• Enthusiastic and passionate about people development and staff engagement
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Organized, self-motivated, responsible, team player, time-sensitive, able to cope well under stress and in a fast-paced environment
• Well-versed in MS Office especially Excel & PowerPoint, proficient in Excel formulas is a must
• Fresh graduates are welcome
